Software Architect for Data Products & Services

Your Responsibilities

You architecture, design and code software for our data products and services
Assessing and implementing new technologies by applying best practices
You provide guidance and support to your team members on implementation tasks
Conducting effective architecture- and code-reviews giving your team less work down the line
You transfer architectural know-how to your team
Designing conceptual and logical data models
Work closely with our business / product teams on technical and non-functional requirements
Commitment to data-driven and data-architecture decision making

Your profile

Proven experience as Software Architect / Senior SW Developer
Degree in Information Technology or equivalent practical experience
Working experience in one or more of the following: Java, Golang, Python
Hands-on in one or more of the following: Kafka, Pulsar, Cassandra, Redis, ClickHouse, Vertica
Knowhow of microservices, Kubernetes, service mesh, distributed tracing, integration of cloud-services
Profound skills in APIs, CI/CD and building enterprise-grade applications
Experience of leading development teams is beneficial
Good oral and written English
